At DailyBazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality halal products to your doorstep. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (especially fresh meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product was delivered damaged or spoiled
• The item received is incorrect or missing
• The product is past its expiration date upon delivery

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide photo/video proof of the issue

Refunds

• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
• Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, OR
• Offer store credit or a replacement product in your next order.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Perishable items reported after 24 hours.
• Products that were used or damaged after delivery
• Personal preference (e.g., taste or size not as expected)
